I contacted the organisers last week with some concerns over the layout of the show, but it seems that all has already been takern on board, this is the response I got back from Peter. I understand your comment about the food and stage set out and next year we will open it up a lot more so that people can move more freely and view all that is going on. It looked a lot more open on the plan. Next year we will give more consideration to the criterion for the awards, it has been suggested that we open it up to public vote but I would be interested on your views. We want to use as much of the field as we can without losing the atmosphere of the show and we want to encourage more clubs which makes the management easier but rest assured that next year will be bigger and better and we look forward to seeing you there.

Thanks Nick. I also made a few suggestions which Peter has taken on board. As Duffy said, they did get a bit of a slating on Facebook, but some of that was due to a lack of response to requests for information prior to the show. The good news is that the Edenbridge residents loved the show (especially the bands) and everybody we have spoken to will be going back next year.
When you are dead, you don't know you are dead. It is difficult only for the others. It is the same when you are stupid.
Can we ask them to cut the grass a bit shorter next year ?
I might be able to help out there
